These terms apply to use of this website and to membership requests submitted through it. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a membership request.

1) Purpose of the site

This site provides information about D’Key Association, its private membership route, operating documents, member standards and links to connected D’Key branches.

2) No public authority or professional-advice status

D’Key Association is not a government body, public authority, regulator, court, bank, charity, medical provider, legal practice, financial adviser, tax adviser or substitute for professional support. Content is educational and informational only unless a suitably qualified professional is clearly engaged under separate terms.

3) Membership requests

Submitting a request does not create membership automatically. Requests may be reviewed, accepted, declined, paused or followed up for clarification. The Association may refuse, suspend, pause or revoke membership where conduct, safety, capacity, fit or integrity concerns arise.

4) Conduct

Members and applicants must engage respectfully, peacefully and lawfully. Harassment, intimidation, coercion, nuisance, misrepresentation, unsafe behaviour or use of the Association to avoid lawful obligations may result in refusal or removal.

5) Documents and templates

Documents and templates are provided for Association development and administration. They are not legal templates, regulated advice or a substitute for professional drafting where formal obligations arise.

6) Connected ecosystem branches

Links to Civic, Digital, Academy, University, Method, Ask Nello, Republic and founder pages do not make those branches the same body. Each branch may have its own terms, privacy notice, scope and responsibilities.

7) Changes

The site, membership process, documents, routes and terms may be changed as the Association matures. The visible version notes should be used for public version tracking.

8) Contact

Use the membership request form for Association enquiries. Do not send sensitive legal, medical, financial, identity, children’s or private family details through public forms.
