If you submit the membership form, we receive your name, email address, selected membership route, selected interest, acknowledgement, message if provided, page metadata and submission time. Please do not submit sensitive medical, legal, financial, identity, children’s or private family information.

Information is used to respond to your request, assess membership fit, send next steps, maintain basic records, protect Association integrity, administer communications and manage member records where applicable.

The Association aims to handle personal information fairly, transparently and only for clear purposes connected to membership requests, records and site operation. The exact basis may depend on the nature of your request and any follow-up membership relationship.
