Membership should be intentional, reviewed and recorded. D’Key Association is not an open-registration list. It is a private membership container with standards.

Membership pathway

Public

Visitor

Reads public information and may request membership.

Review

Applicant

Submits a request and waits for review. No membership exists automatically.

Initial access

Provisional Member

May receive limited updates/resources while fit, conduct and interests are confirmed.

Accepted

Active Member

Receives member communications and relevant access under the rules.

Service

Contributor Member

May assist with events, documents, admin, media or resources under named responsibilities.

Exit

Lapsed / Resigned / Suspended

Membership can end by resignation, non-renewal, conduct issue, capacity issue or administrative decision.

Membership outcome

Membership should result in a clear route, not just a name on a list. Every accepted member should know their category, status, expected conduct, first resource access and review point.
