D’Key Association is designed as a private members association with clear rules, review-based membership, recorded decisions and disciplined separation from the other D’Key branches.

Constitutional foundation
The Association should operate under a written constitution or association rules. The foundation is simple: purpose, membership, conduct, records, decision-making, finance, complaints, safeguarding and amendment control.
Authority
No public authority is claimed. Internal authority is limited to membership standards, records, access, conduct and Association decisions.
Decision records
Decisions should be recorded in a decision log with date, decision, reason, reviewer/steward and follow-up action.
Separation
The Association does not merge with Civic, Digital, Academy, University, Method, Republic or the founder personally.

Suggested roles
Keep roles simple until the membership base and workload justify more structure.
Founder / Principal Steward
Sets the early standard, protects the Association boundary and approves early operating documents.
Membership Steward
Reviews applications, maintains membership records and manages renewals or pauses.
Records Steward
Keeps minutes, logs, document versions and member notices organised.
Safeguarding / Conduct Lead
Handles concerns, family-event safety checks and conduct-related escalation.
