The Association must feel safe, calm, ordered and serious. Membership is conditional on respectful conduct and lawful engagement.

Expected conduct
- Respectful, peaceful and lawful communication
- No harassment, intimidation, coercion, nuisance or abuse
- No pressure tactics around beliefs, money, legal matters, family matters or personal disclosure
- No misrepresentation of Association status or authority
- No use of the Association to avoid lawful obligations
- Respect privacy, confidentiality and boundaries
- Follow event, venue, safeguarding and communication rules
Confidentiality and privacy
Members may receive private notices or resources. Private material should not be copied, published, sold or used outside the Association without permission.
Conduct action
The Association may pause access, issue a warning, require a conversation, refuse renewal, suspend or end membership where conduct or safety concerns arise.
